Users have been encountering the two errors below when using Stanford systems, such as Canvas, Axess, and the Stanford Syllabus website. Within Canvas, users tend to run into these errors when using Roster Photos or SLS Law Exam. To get around either of these two errors, you will need to clear your browser's cache or use a different browser. Here are the steps to clear your cache in Chrome and to clear your cache in Firefox.
Note: Clearing the cache can resolve the issue, but if the error persist after clearing the cache, you will also need to clear cookies.
