The Roster Photos tool displays student pronouns in the default view. In order to comply with data privacy guidelines set by the university, which state only official authorized school officials and classmates will be allowed to view pronoun information, printing of any Roster Photos view that includes pronouns is not allowed. Since the default view is set to Photos, Names, Pronouns, this has caused some confusion, as the Print button is disabled in this view. To print roster photos, follow the steps below.
- From the Show menu, change the setting to Photos, Names (to view student names and photos) or Photos Only.
- Print does not support the Photos, Names, Pronouns or Photos, Pronouns views.
- Print does not support the Photos, Names, Pronouns or Photos, Pronouns views.
- Click the enabled Print button.
