Although Instructors and TAs cannot send announcements to a specific section, they do have the ability to send a message to a specific section through the Inbox tool. Please follow these instructions:
- Click Inbox on the left-hand global navigation bar.
- Click the icon for Compose a New Message (button of a pen and paper).
- Select the course to which you would like to send the message.
- In the “To” component, click the address book. This will create a drop-down menu.
- Select the Sections option and select the desired section.
